Check availabilityPublished packages cover service locations within a 50 km radius of Amara’s Puchong office and the total travel stated for each vehicle. Passenger capacity excludes the chauffeur. Toll, parking and venue-access charges are billed separately at the actual amount incurred. Images are representative; current photographs of the allocated vehicle will be shared before booking confirmation.

The car is part of how the celebration begins. Amara coordinates the vehicle, chauffeur, timing and presentation so the arrival feels considered from the first moment.
Elegant decoration included
Our standard presentation features champagne-gold ribbon and a coordinated floral arrangement in up to two theme colours. Choosing not to use the decoration does not change the package price.
Custom decoration
Bespoke decoration may be arranged at additional cost. A RM100 logistics fee applies when the vehicle must be transported to a client-appointed decorator within a total return journey of 50 km from Puchong.
Clear service limits
Your confirmed package states the included service hours and travel distance. Additional usage is charged according to the selected vehicle’s published rate.
Booking essentials

How is the car reserved?
A 20% booking payment secures the vehicle after Amara confirms availability in writing. The remaining 80% is due at least 30 days before the service date. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the service date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 31–59 days before receive a 50% refund. Payments are not refundable for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the service date.
Can the client drive the car?
No. Every vehicle is chauffeur driven, and self-driving is not permitted.
What if the vehicle becomes unavailable?
Amara will offer a suitable alternative vehicle, a change of service date or a refund for the affected service, subject to the circumstances and availability.
Are food, smoking or pets permitted?
No. Food, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the vehicle. Passenger numbers must remain within the stated capacity.
